Shipping costs for CEE countries
Shipping costs for CEE countries are fixed at €50.
If the shipment cannot be delivered to the specified address, the driver leaves a notice notifying the recipient of the first and second steps. This document, which is called a "passage notice", contains key information such as the shipment number and the contact details of the nearest courier office.
The courier makes a first and second delivery attempt for each shipment. In the event that the recipient is absent even on the second attempt, the shipment will be kept in storage at the relevant courier's office in the area.

Conditions:
All delivery times indicated are non-binding. Delays in supply are promptly communicated to the customer via e-mail. If the ordered item is no longer available, the amounts already paid in advance will be refunded without delay.

Delivery: the customer is required to check that the package is intact, not damaged or wet. Only after this verification will the Customer have to accept the delivery, after which he will not be able to make any objection regarding the external characteristics of what was delivered to him in relation to the order placed. However, in this case, any complaints must be immediately raised to the carrier. In the absence of these, the product is considered delivered correctly.
Causes of force majeure: Creazioni di Fantasia assumes no responsibility for disruptions attributable to force majeure such as accidents, explosions, fires, strikes and/or lockouts, earthquakes, floods and other similar events which prevent, in whole or in part, , to execute the sales agreement within the agreed times. Our company will not be liable to any party for damages, losses and costs incurred as a result of failure to execute the sales agreement for the causes mentioned above.
